I can’t say enough about how good our experience was while dealing with Ted M and everyone at After 8. Ted was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions we had. When we stopped by to look at additional samples and he couldn’t be there he made sure we were looked after and got exactly what we needed. When it came to the actual installation the crew was excellent. Very professional, friendly, and meticulous. After everything was done Ted made sure to follow up ensuring we were completely satisfied with the entire process. The pricing was also great. We did our due diligence, and After 8 had the best pricing as well. It’s not often you can get a great price, great service, and great workmanship all at the same place. After 8 and Ted will be our first call for any future upgrades we need for any type of flooring.

After Eight Flooring recently installed new Shaw carpet and Armstrong Luxury Vinyl Plank in our home and it's absolutely beautiful! Their knowledgeable sales staff provided us with great product selection, access to a wide variety of samples, competitive pricing, and thoughtful answers to all of my questions. Their installation crews are pleasant and easy to talk to, highly skilled with years of experience, and detail oriented - they made this highly physical and sometimes challenging job look easy! We were given a recommendation on a father son team Tom &Dan and have never been more unimpressed with the work they are trying to do. The worst two losers I have ever meet, I hope nobody ever has the experience what we are going through. Surely someone will come forward and try to rectify this.

Impressive customer service! After Eight went above and beyond for me. My main contact was Brian, and he was able to have a team out to our property the next morning to begin demo. I was so appreciative as we were in the middle of selling the property and were on quite the time crunch! They arrived promptly and maintained clear communication throughout the process. Great service . All employees involved where very friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained what options we had and provided three different options for us to choose. My wife and myself have had an amazing experience dealing with After Eight Flooring. We walked in with a general ideas for our house. Brian made it a seamless and non stressful experience. Brian is very creative with his suggestion and ideas, not to mention very knowledgable in all flooring areas. Brian was always available by phone and would follow up each email he received with a phone call.We have dealt with Kirsten in there blind department as well. My parents ordered carpet and lino for their entire home. The service was absolutely brutal. They were weeks behind in delivery (app 6-7 weeks), including three delays. Sometimes delays are unavoidable but they were lied too several times throughout the process.Additionally, they were told they would receive a discount due to the inconveniences but now are being told they will not receive a discount at all.There are many flooring companies, I highly recommend finding another one.
