Our Bonnybrook Auto Sales experience with Jim was wonderful. I would say it was the complete opposite experience you create in your mind about car buying. Jim was warm, open, interested in what we wanted, generous with his time and worked seamlessly to get us the vehicle we wanted without stress. We got to know Jim in the process and we really felt cared for and would recommend him, and his dealership business, to our friends and family. We even found out our favourite neighbourhood local pizza place is owned by his cousin, how cool! Thank you Jim for making our vehicle purchase so enjoyable so that we could really be excited with our new-to-us family vehicle. We will be back!

Bonnybrook has set a very high standard in used vehicle sales. Jim was friendly, honest and never pushy. We did purchase a vehicle from them but after a few days with it we had some concerns with some repairs that would be needed, when we reviewed it with them they took the vehicle back and refunded our money, it was very clear to us that their integrity was more important then losing a sale.
