Techman Appliance Repair

I had an issue with our washing machine and called Techman. Mike (and Sam) are so professional, this is the 3rd time we have called them for repairs. Mike not only replaced the sensor, he inspected the current installation setup and made a few other tweaks to ensure we have longevity with no issues. He’s courteous, professional and trustworthy- I would recommend Techman to anyone who needs a repair or service call. Cost-effective as well!

Great first experience. Mike reached out to us very quickly when I first requested a quote on getting our OTR microwave working again. Not only did he provide a timeframe for the next day, he called in advance to let us know he was on his way. When he got here, he was very professional and got it working fairly quickly. He took the time to explain what he was doing. When he was done, he also took a quick look at our washer and dryer and provided my wife with some suggestions. We had a problem with our dryer and called Techman. Mike responded quickly and was able to arrang a time for us on the same day.Sam the technician who came in to fix our dryer was very polite and friendly. He explained what different potential problems could be prior to start and gave us an estimate for each scenario. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered all my questions. Sam also tested the unit before he leaves for safety and to make sure the issue is fixed.They are trustworthy and offer a reasonable price. Highly recommend!On Saturday night we had an issue with our front load whirlpool washing machine. I called and spoke with Mike and he said he would be out Sunday morning between 9am and 11am but would call about 15 min before arriving. 8:47am I received a call and he and Sam arrived at 9am. All to say, he did exactly as he said he was going to do and our washing machine was repaired in less than an hour due to a clogged drain. Mike explained to me the options and hoped parts would not be needed. And they were not. Mike only charged for the service call and nothing that was not required. And the fees reasonable and what you would expect. Mike and Techman will no doubt be who I will call for any future repair requirements. Thanks gents!

This was the most efficient experience I have had with an appliance repair service. My washing machine stopped working this morning. By this afternoon, I spoke to Mike, he assured me a technician would give me a call half an hour before arrival, to assess the situation. Sam called and arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and patient. He specifically broke down each step of what would have to be done to correct the problem. I was so happy to be informed that he had the part on hand.
