VERY DISAPPOINTED, Inconsistent Info & ALL ABOUT $$$$$. (will not go back again)Pros:Nice people. Professional service performed by optometrist.Cons:Disorganized staff that mis-informed me & Way overpriced eye exam $180: (I took an appointment with them BECAUSE the staff told me over phone the $180 is to know both my prescription and if I'm a good candidate for LASIK. TURNS OUT, the exam was ONLY for prescription and overall health of the eyes. They told me I'll need to take a separate appointment (pay more $$$) at Laval just to know if I'm eligible for LASIK or not. ) If they staff told me al this over phone, I wouldn't have gone to Iris!!All about $$$: I called in 2 weeks later to ask for a pair of contact lens free trial because my vision changed quite a lot, and guess what? They told me, I'd need to pay another $65, I told them i've been wearing the same brand contact lens for years, and they said I would still have to see an optometrist.Advice to business: Please educate your employees about what's included in the eye exams.Don't only think about $$$.Advice to customers: If you need to know your prescription, just go to Costco, exam is much cheaper and they offer free contact fitting.

Dr. George is fantastic! She does a very thorough exam and explains everything. Maude was excellent in listening and very good at giving you her honest opinion. Choosing glasses is so hard, but the team at Iris is top notch!

Way over priced eye exams... for 140$? Without even all of the exams that other places do (missing some basic test that are included in other places). If you care for your eyes and want to make sure you get all of the exams done so that nothing is missed, as well as pay 40-50$ less, then visite any other places and avoid IRIS". I won't be surprised if this company will go bankrupt soon with these over the top prices. You should go to any other places that are not over charging for similar service."

I really loved my experience at Iris, Dre Daniele Georges is always awesome, she takes time and she listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions my family and I are really pleased. I would highly recommend her and the whole Iris team.

The worst have ever been to, they provide you with your prescription but do not give you your PD. When you request your PD, they ask an extra $55, they are all about making money. I need my PD.

I came with an eye emergency (that could potentially lead to blindness) and the receptionist didn't want to help the slightest even if there was no other customers. She asked no questions about my condition and when I asked if she could check with other IRIS places if they could admit me as an emergency she refused. The receptionist at newlook called 5 other newlook places for me without me even asking her.

It was a great pleasure to visit and buy our glasses at IRIS. The lady who helped my kids to select the right glasses was very kind and patient. What an excellent service. Thank you so much.

I wish I could put MORE than 5 stars… Have been a customer for many years, always 200% happy and satisfied. As well as friends and family, we have referred our adult daughter several years ago, who feels the same as my wife and I, and more recently our teenage granddaughter has become a client … again, she is VERY HAPPY discovering how she is treated with care, with empathy, with sincere concern, and with complete eye care professionalism at EVERY level at this IRIS location !!

Bad service. They don’t care about the customers. I was advised to get the most expensive lenses and weren’t what I needed. I’ll never come back. The manager was very rude. Avoid this place
