I have had nothing but the Best service from All the Doctors and the Staff!!!I hardly had any wait for my Doctor. They were very quick to book a referral.The staff were very friendly AND professional. THE BEST!!!

The team at the front are rude, unprofessional and extremely unorganized… “the internet is broken” is the response I receive all the time. They tell me to call back and make an appointment vs. Writing my name and number and calling me back when their system is back online. I like Dr. Levasseur but can’t take the staff anymore

Absolutely couldn’t care less about me. Can’t get referrals and he never takes any condition seriously. Never follows up and offers very little feedback. I honestly don’t feel an ounce of compassion or concern for my well-being. I am not certain as to why Dr. Amolins got into this line of work.

Dr.Amolins is great! He usually has same day appointments and is always on top of things I need from requisitions to prescriptions. I’ve never had to wait for long and he always has same day appointments or worst case the next day appointment. Absolutely love him - he is very comfortable to talk to and takes time to listen to any concerns. The team in the office always answers the phone and I think that’s the most important aspect of a family clinic!

Dr Yates has been the family doctor for my elderly Mother-in-Law, my Husband and our growing children (now teenagers) for more than 15 years and has provided exceptional medical care at every visit. Dr Yates has an open, collaborative and caring style that everyone appreciates. We rarely wait at our appointment times and if it happens we assume someone needed a little extra time; don't we all sometimes?

Don’t recommend this place, don’t bother wasting your time. Dr Levissur barely remembers anything you tell her, her staff will schedule you for an appointment when the doctor isn’t even there, I was told due to my health condition that I do not quality for a disability which isn’t their discretion.Find another doctor that is actually useful.

What a joke, I spent five minutes on hold trying to see if they accept new patients, only to have what sounded like an immature person on the other end say hello and immediately laugh. I just hung up because I don’t want my health relying on unprofessionals.

Dr. Yates has been our family doctor since forever. He is caring and does his very best for you every.single.time we have a problem. The staff at the front are excellent and the nurses are great. I hope Dr. Yates never retires because I honestly don't know what we will do.
