So great, cannot recommend them enough!Typically I have large deliveries sent to them, and pick them up from the hub once they phone (which is usually within ten minutes of the order arriving). Super easy, super friendly, super convenient. I'm outside of the usual delivery zone, but every now and then get a call saying they're delivering straight to my door (40 minutes the wrong way) even when it's 8 boxes and 220lbs of stuff. Absolutely worth every penny, especially if you're ordering from the mainland to the island and it's something that needs shipped reliably and quickly. I wish I could give more than five stars!

We ship out of the Duncan location once in a while and the staff has been great with us. Their pickups are always on time, they help take heavy boxes out of the car when we drop off at the location. And have always answered our questions about shipping.

They have proven themselves to not be totally reliable for their pick up service. I hate giving a less than good score but not picking up is a non starter. Couldn't even get someone on the phone line to determine status of pickup.

Called for pick up around 9 am. I was assured overnight delivery to Victoria and the document would be picked up before 4:30. At 3:30 the document was still not picked up. I called and was told that the driver rang the bell during the lunch hour but nobody answered. They never tried to call me or let me know the parcel was not picked up. These were important documents that I entrusted to this company to pick up and deliver as promised. There was no accountability or attempt to pick up the documents again. Now I am at a loss for how to get the documents there on time.
