Headquarters Restaurant and Bar
I’m coming back again and AGAIN! The food was amazing and even though we had pub food was pleasantly presented and so delicious! Prices are great, drinks aren’t gougingly overpriced and not watered down. Service is friendly and impeccable on the bar side, place is clean and it’s only down the street from where I live! This is a hidden gem but not for long.

THE SERVERS ARE MISERABLE AND WANT TO MAKE YOU MISERABLE TOO!Normally I love to support an independent restaurant rather than going to a chain, but this place really needs to overhaul its staff. The space was nice and decently clean and the food was good, but HOLY SMOKES the wait staff was atrocious.The lady who greeted us when we came in was incredibly rude. She didn’t look up at us and when she did she was condescending.I thought “oh man she’s having a bad day” but then we were taken to our table where a different lady acted annoyed when I asked for a high chair and chastised our large group that “this is a family restaurant” when we asked for a drink menu… yeah so is Boston pizza but you’re still allowed to order a beer or a glass of wine, right?? It was clear she just didn’t want to get the drink menu because it was in the bar area. Then she snapped at someone in the group (of five) when they tried to order food with their drinks (because we’d obviously been waiting a while), she said she would get our order when she brought the drinks and was very snippy about it. Never a smile on this woman’s face, no joke!I thought woah maybe it’s been a rough day, so I mentioned our horrible experience the someone else and they said “Yes!! Those ladies are insanely rude! It’s shocking!”So obviously this is an issue.Headquarters needs to speak to its staff or change them. The food is decent and the space is nice, but I will never darken the door of this place again because of the servers.Atrocious service!!

Nice roomy decor. I love the wall hanging. I want to re-create this on my patio fence. Breakfast was nice and fresh and served fairly quickly. As seniors, we don't eat much, so 2 eggs and toast with peanut butter and strawberry jelly with coffee came to $22 with tax and tip.

We hosted my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary in the private room at Headquarters this past weekend. The room comfortably accommodated about 35 people and we were able to decorate it to our liking. Water, coffee and punch were provided for the guests and the catering was plentiful and great quality. The service was 5 stars, they catered to every guest and efficiently cleared any dishes. They even helped us wrap up any left overs from the trays at the end of the event to take home. Zee was an amazing server! We had a wonderful experience and would host another event here in the future.

We had the nachos and Philly sandwich.Nachos were loaded and delightful. Everything seemed fresh, the Philly however wasn't worth the picture. We split it and my side was mostly bun with a few CHUNKS of beef. Au jus was cold. Fries and gravy were pretty good but not worth the sandwich price for what we got. We had full intentions of going back BUT both my bf and I ended up on the toilet for hours and hours following our visit. Service was pretty good, wasn't busy at all so no real waiting time.

Love this local spot! They have a fantastic private room that you can book for work events, family meals, etc. The menu is large with so many dishes to choose from. Great place for families. I highly recommend the perogies & the breakfast bowls. Delicious!

Nice atmosphere. Our server was nice. Food came out quick. Everything tasted good but I really loved the donair flatbread it was surprisingly delicious!

The food was like a home cooked meal. Great portions. Had the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries.Best fries around. Would recommend.
