I want to say thanks to the Minichiello team and especially Steph for all her help.The Minichiello team is very patient, knowledgeable, and have amazing customer service. This is definitely the best jeweler shop my fiance and I have been to. I had the most wonderful experience here today. Beatrice is wonderful , knowledgeable and kind. She immediately knew exactly what I wanted. Found me the most incredible diamond for an incredibly reasonable price. I highly recommend Minichiello Jewellers. I can’t say enough about Minichiello, their service and quality of their products is top notch. Danny and Deena and their team are fantastic. They take their time and ask questions to make sure you walk out completely satisfied.I have a few pieces from there and love them all, and now this is my daughter’s favourite place too.I will not buy jewellery from anywhere else but from Minichiello’sI have been a loyal customer for 20 years.

My wife and I purchased our wedding rings from here and couldn't be more happy with how they turned out. Dan was excellent in going through the options with us, very personable and patient, not at all pushy (unlike other jewellers). The quality is top notch and the price was very reasonable and transparent. Delivery of the rings was flawless and within a reasonable time frame, even considering supply chain issues. Highly recommend for a great experience.
