Called about some flooding in a tenant’s commercial space. Alex was out to assess within a very short time. Developed a plan and quoted me a price right away. Price was great compared to others I had gotten. Hired him on the spot. Throughout the 3 days of working Alex kept updated on what they were doing and how it was going. Tenant was happy as was I. Would 100% use them again

If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a sump pump failure and flooded our finished basement. First vendor wasn’t going to remove all drywall which didn’t make sense. All of it got wet and we’d end up with mold. Second person was way overpriced and his quote was ridiculously high - twice the first guy. Then Alex and his crew came in. His quote was much more reasonable and included all drywall removal plus concrete moisture extraction. He and his team worked tirelessly and at one point we had to remind them it was after midnight and they had been working since 9 am!! They took care of everything abatement and full restoration for a little more then the third company that was just overcharging for abatement alone. So happy we went with them. They have an excellent work ethic and explained the whole process from start to finish! High recommend

My husband and I were very impressed with this company. Our basement flooded this past weekend and Alex was over with his team right away. They got right to work with removing the carpet to preserve the rest of our finished basement. Alex and his team were prompt and showed up on time day after day to check on the drying process. They made this stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!

Sump pump’s failed which flooded the basement. Contacted Water Ckeanup Experts-quick response and started cleaning everything up immediately. Alex was very professional, thorough and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Our sump pump flooded our basement in our newly built house…. I called several companies but no one could come out.. except Alex who said he would have a crew out by 7pm and he did!
