It was my very first time there , will I ever go back to this place , Never again , extremely disappointed. The sad part is they do not care . Only about the money I can go on and on , but really can’t be bothered . Very bad experience!!

UPDATE: My daughter had an emergency and need her tooth extracted. Dr Bains was able to see her quickly and was able to remove it right them and there. He was so patient and caring with her. He walked her through each step. It isn't every day that an 8 year old will leave a dental office giggling and smiling. Especially after getting a tooth pulled. Thanks Dr. Bains and team!So far so good. Sent a message through the web page for an emergency appointment. They got me in as soon as they could on Monday. Went in, and, although they were running behind, they made me feel welcome. I absolutely understand someone calling in and them being delayed as they were short staffed. It happens. They listened to me and respected my wishes and concerns. I will be going back on Friday in the morning for a root canal. We'll see how everything goes. Thanks for getting me in so quick!

So very happy that I decided to make an appnt at this office. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Both Mr. Dr. Bains and Mrs.Dr. Bains are extremely friendly, welcoming and treated me with the utmost care. Kayla, the hygienist is also fabulous and makes you feel very comfortable. The staff work as a very happy group and you can feel the closeness in this team. They are very skilled at easing any anxiety you may have.

Wonderful staff! Always greeted with a smile. You are comfortable from start to finish. Best dental office I have been too.

My first examination appointment was great. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The dentist (Dr.Bains) was honest and straight forward. One of the best dental care visits I have experienced. Conveniently located close to home too. Looking forward to my upcoming cleaning!

We took our two young children here today. Dr. Bains and the other staff were all amazing. They were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Our three-year-old who had never been to the dentist had no issue, as Dr. Bains took the time to engage her and keep her informed of everything she was doing. She also did this with our eight-year-old. Great place!

Very positive experience this time, partly because there were no “surprises”. The location is very convenient for us.
