Working with Minerva was such an eye opening experience for me. I had a huge breakthrough after just one session. I learned so much about myself and always looked forward to our sessions. Even if I was feeling low or disheartened before our session, I always ended up feeling lighter after. I also love her podcast and meditations and even though our time together has ended, her teachings and support continue to help me every day.
