Minute Key

The payment device didn’t work and the lady who helped me get through this finally gave me a free key code to complete this transaction. I am a realtor and it’s time sensitive for my job to be performed when we are putting the house onto the market. Her generous move did earn my biggest appreciation. She saved my trip to another store and retained my loyalty!

great machine. I've used it three times before. Keys are cut perfectly and quickly.

Used it yesterday during the night time. Worked flawlessly and was easy to use. The price was fair also. Recommend if you can't find a locksmith or need your keys cut quick

The minute key machine that I used was in a Walmart store. I found the service efficient and effective. All my keys worked great and quite honestly, better than the old school way of making keys. I would definitely use the machines again.

The machine is out of order. Totally wasted my time.Edit: They reached out to me a few hours after my initial review to let me know the issue with the kiosk has been resolved. I was able to go back to use the kiosk without issues. I appreciate the response from Minute Key and have to say the kiosk was quick and easy to use.

Located inside the Walmart on Silver Linden.This machine is quick and accurate (no issues so far and best part - no attitude)There are always coupon codes online so take advantage of the savings to get a key or two duplicated.It’s a plus there’s a viewing window to see the artistry of key cutting

I have used the machine located in Walmart a number of times. The keys aways work. The only issue I had,was that the credit card scanner could only read the magnetic stripe for payment. The chip or touch method wasn't an option. I kept trying to swipe my card and it wouldn't read it. I tried 3 other cards, one of them, a new card that I had received one week ago and it still didn't work. I was about to give up when I tried again and finally it worked.I tried to cut another key which I had previously previously duplicated at the same machine, but it wasn't able to recognize the key after 3 tries.The cut keys always work, so I'm happy with the job, once it's able to cut the key.

The replicated key doesn’t work. And I contacted them online and thus far no response after 24h. I rather go to a local store where I can have it refunded right away. Update after 3 days: received an email reply with auto deposit back to my credit card. Thanks

Very convenient and accurate.I liked the branded (labeled) keys specially Canada flag but there are not much to choose.if they make the women's and men's theme that would be perfect.

We made some keys with the Minute Key machine at Walmart on Major Mckenzie and Bayview. With the help of the kind lady from the customer service there.Keys came out nicely and all worked well.We're very pleased with the result.Regards,M. Sudjana.
