I live here!! It is well looked after in general, clean, centrally located: near 2 grocery stores, library, downtown Halifax, Point Pleasant Park, the Public Gardens, banks, shopping on Spring Garden Rd, etc. It is actively managed and problem-makers are thrown out but not unfairly. Laundry is CHEAP and on each floor, large beautiful back yard... bit of a zoo at times but what can you do? Watch out for gossip, lol.
