Carleton Motel & Coffee Shop

Stayed there last summer. Room was clean but beds were hard as a rock. For that reason I would not stay there again. An air mattress would of been better.

Excellent service. I visited with my family and visit every year and always book three rooms. This is the best place to make your holidays perfect. Rooms are extraordinarily cleaned and fresh. Staff is well oriented and customer service is amazing. Near to Confederation bridge which is great point to start tour of the island. Amazing scenic views starts from here. Huge FREE parking. Free WIFI with amazing download speed. Spacious rooms and washroom.

I would not stay here due to staff is not friendly at all. Sounded like a zoo running around could not sleep due to noise. Road noise was crazy could here everything. Fridge did not work lost all food for the week had to buy daily food which it was an extra cost.

I was quoted a price on a booking app but when I arrived they wanted more money . I showed them my confirmation but they did not care we had been traveller's all day and we just wanted the price that we were given . So they told me to cancell my reservation and they wouldn't charge me any thing . So I cancelled it and then decided to rebook but only for one night and we would find another motel after we got some sleep. We'll what did they then after we cancelled and wanted a room for the 1 nigh if you guessed that they had no room for us and didn't care if we had to sleep in the car you'd be correct.This was by far the worst customer service that I've witnessed in my entire life. Had a great experience. Kiran and Naeem are very friendly and helpful. We had a kitchenette in our room, with a full size fridge. What more can you ask for in a motel?!?! Convenient location, close to Confederation bridge.

Too expensive for what you get. Good thing to have ear plug, motel is beside a very busy road. Only a small noisy heater for heating the room. Not friendly staff. At 50-60$, it would be OK but not at 100....

Don't. Just don't.It looks half abandoned, and we were escorted to our room by a guy in dirty sweat pants.The bed was terrible, the highway is loud, the only heat is a noisy space heater.The shower head is at chin height, and there was mildew in the shower.At least there was hot water.Any Island walkers who want this as a place to stop after waypoint 3, just pay for a ride to anywhere else. Don't make the mistake of thinking it can't possibly be that bad.
