Ordered the lasagna and it was so bland and dry I had to add ketchup so it will go down. No joke. It was that dry! The noodles were so dried out, the edges of the pasta were getting hard. Skip this place if you want to walk out satisfied with your meal.**Update* decided to give it another shot and dined in for lunch. What a night and day difference for quality of food between dine in and take out. I had the baked cheese ravioli with meat sauce and it tasted wonderful. Good amount of sauce, not too overly greasy with the cheese. Good portion. The service was great. I added another star for this dine in experience.

Nice restaurant for a meal inside Crossiron mills. First impression, it is huge and it has lots of seating capacity with bunch of TVs. It has a separate bar area and regular restaurant area. I went there with my family. One odd thing happened was the waitress never informed us about the separate kids menu despite our struggles through the regular menu. I expected more engagement from witing staff. Food was another story, it was awesome... hence 4 stars. It was a wait but well worth it. We had spinach and artichoke dip, chicken and veggies bowl, chicken tacos, club sandwich with some drinks. Everything was super tasty except the spinach and artichoke dip was too salty. Overall a good ambiance and good food!

Their fries were surprisingly decent, I’m always skeptical of ordering fries because so many restaurants don’t make it crispy or it comes out soggy.The food was pretty good, my only complaint is that they ran out of ginger beer. But stuff happens and that’s understandable. Staff were pretty nice, I wouldn’t mind coming back again.

We hadn't been to this location, so we wanted to see what it was like. We were greeted by 5 friendly faces as we walked in. Jaya was our server. She did a fantastic job of making sure we were well taken care of. Jaya was professional, friendly, personable, and vivacious. She made sure our food and drinks were to our satisfaction, and checked in on us, on a regular basis, to see if we required anything else. Everything was delicious!

Came here with a friend and it was alright.I ordered the Boston's Lasagna and it was fairly good. Looked small from the plate but the amount of lasagna pasta and sauce is very generous.Had Thai Bites for appetizer and shockingly came after our main meal. Very delicious small bites for the price.It was very busy when we came during the weekend so the service was not that great. A little under staffed and waiters don't pay much attention to your needs such as more tissue or refills.Had an accident here before in which there was a piece of hair on my plate and gave my meal on the house which is top-notch service.Overall, it wasn't good or bad. Could've been better in many ways. Highly recommend to avoid busy weekends and hours since the service is terrible here.

Absolutely outstanding service! Are hosts new was Chloe and was lovely, she got us anything we needed with a smile on her face! (Don’t see that too much anymore) the food was impeccable. 10/10 would eat here again!

Went to Boston pizza with the family, they were quick to seat us and brought a baby chair for our littlest one.Our waitress Kaitlyn was such a pleasure, she was great with our kids and was always on top of brining the drinks or tending to our needs.Even the manager Alex stopped by to check on us a gave pleasant table side talk.What an amazing experience with great food, great service and the great Boston pizza experience you’d expect.10/10!!

My husband and I stopped in here after a busy day and we were both pleasantly surprised. Service was quick and efficient. We ordered a large half and half pizza, and this Jalapeno popper dip which was freaking amazing with a nice little kick to it. Definitely going back.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Brooke is the best server I’ve ever had. She was super accommodating for requests such as moving me to a less busy area because I have a fear of germs. She was extremely friendly, and always checked in to see how the food was, and to refill my drink. Food tasted great, and the price was reasonable.
