RACIST. Lol good grief I walked over to the foundations to see what the prices are like and if there’s any difference between them and Sephora and the lady followed me there and out of that area. Sooooooo not friendly. Sooooo ridiculous. If you’re black don’t even bother going in here !!!

I have been happy with this shoppers, however, today, I'm little disappointed. I was trying to buy the serum samplers and was told it was sold out. About 2 minutes later, someone found one for me, without looking, I just paid for it. When I came home to open it, found out it was opened. Can't believe the salesperson gave me an open box, especially during this covid time.

The blonde lady is quite pushy to me about her opinion while she’s not very knowledgeable about products. I got confused when she gave her advice and she ended up walking away without saying anything to talk with her coworker instead of helping. I felt very uncomfortable buying what I wanted to get.

Popped in looking for a particular cologne which was unfortunately not in stock. I was helped by Shona, who was very knowledgeable on colognes and identifying scents that were to my liking.
