Purolator head office management that trains and handles warehouse/distribution centres needs to be changed. PETER PRINCIPLE is applicable here. 4 orders, 4 bad deliveries, damaged goods. Automated computer errors, and on and on. We, the Customer, are administratoring more time & stress in settling bad management errors. But next time sir could you, what do you mean next time, FIX THE PROBLEM, JUST FIX IT. Read the Peter Principle... pictures show product rolled off truck, instead of lifted and carried... so so sad

Completely idiotic protocols. Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life.They called me to let me know my package could be picked up at a pick up spot and wither I could come to them to pick it up or they could leave it at my door this time if I give them permission (because no one was home the first time).But when I get there and show them my i.d., they said they couldn't give it to me because my address was different - and I spent needless time trying to prove to them I was who I was.When I told them someone called me to tell me my options, the lady said yeah

I am a small Business a Reclaimed Wood Artist and I have been shipping my work out for over 10 years and use all the major shipping companies. Last year there was all kinds of Fraudulent activity to my Purolator account and I was being charged for items I did not even ship, the cost was astronomical and this happened with 3 invoices. After many attempts through phone calls and emails most of it was taken care of but there were still a couple charges that should not have been there. Because this process was taken so long they started sending me late charges months after months and this started to add up. I continued to try to get this resolved with no luck, a year later and they are still not fixing the problem. If you are looking for a shipping company I would stay far away from Purolator and choose another shipping company. This is coming from someone who has been shipping products out for over 10 years.

Ordered a new phone from Virgin. It landed in Purolators hands and was delayed due to the 1cm of snow in Vancouver. Now they can't find the product but are asking me to provide serial numbers, etc of a product I dont yet have! Ma'am, I can give you those details as soon as I get my package. Lots of help the trace function is. Their solution was for me to contact Virgin and they are just as useless. Zero out of ten stars.

Poor service, very bad experience with service from Purolator. The shipment was returned several times as no entry code to access the building and driver never call the receiver to collect or pick up.

What a disgusting company. One thing I can be sure when something gets shipped to me via Purolator is that I will not get it in time. Not once, not twice, not three times have I gotten an e-mail from Purolator claiming “receiver unavailable” when I was at home and waiting for delivery. That causes me to have to go to some warehouse, where the employee at the desk will come up with every possible excuse not to do their job. Customer service doesn’t get any better - it actually manages to get worse. The rudeness is unbelievable, both at the phone and in person, and there’s no way to contact them via web form - why would they want to address their failures in writing? Here’s some unsolicited advice: change your field of business, because you’re terrible at this one.

Had dropped my Amazon packages at entrance drop off box, it has been 2 weeks, still hasn’t been picked up. Not sure what has happened to those packages.

The Purolator Virtual Assistant when calling Purolator is a quality service nightmare. Upon connecting with a live agent, I got a message that the waiting time is greater than 10 minutes?! It may be recommended to disconnect soon after that as there is no indication how long the waiting time could be.

I ordered something that was a final sale and purolator was used for delivery. I did not receive any notification by email, sms or phone to tell me it was here so I did not pick it up at the purolator drop off point in Cochrane Alberta. This has happened many times in the past with Purolator. Whereas, UPS, Intelecom (for Amazon), Fed Ex etc. deliver right to my gate at my country address. I would never use purolator for any of my delivery needs.
