Worst Starbucks out there!!! They are beyond slow and the drive thru format is ridiculous. I don’t know if they are working in there or what. Yet another location.

I ordered a frap but it literally tasted like a watered down coffee. Was hesitant to bring it back for replacement but I was not disappointed when I did so, because the guy who replaced the drink that was made by his coworker gladly accommodated me and he went above and beyond my expectations.

It's great that they rush you and they can get stuff done in a minute but when it's done wrong and people are paying the money they are, the expectation is the drink should be drinkable. So disappointing and I was already part the hospital. Going back is an inconvenience.

I went and got a white chocolate mocha. The man who made me the drink was a great dude: professional and kind. Moreover, I only had to wait around 5 minutes until the drink was ready. Overall, very pleasant experience and would definitely come again!

Usually don't have a problem however this time I ordered from Uber and my Venti drink (which is still sealed at the top) is half full. Called Starbucks 3 times and they did not answer and reached out to Uber who did not answer. For the cost of this drink, I'd expect more due diligence.

Got a mocha, staff was friendly. Fast food; wont comment too much there - was up to par with other starbucks. It did take a bit for them to get to the counter and then make my order but pretty reasonable wait
