Excellent customer service, this company is great to deal with, the owner is very honest, responds quickly to messages and goes above and beyond to help his customers out. I am very happy with my bike with over 800km and no issues. After reseaching many electric bike companies the main reason I bought from this company was all the amazing reviews, the bikes have good components and are one of the best in their price range. The customer service and professionalism is beyond excellent. Heard a lot of great reviews in the Okanagan on them. Since I'm very petite, we ended up with another model, but wish that orange bike fitted me!

My wife and I each bought bikes from kalin, I got the 1000 and she got the 750 folding bike. I got my bike home and decided I didn’t like the colour and I asked if I could exchange it. Kalin said no problem but there might be a restocking fee. I brought it back and received the colour bike and wanted and surprise- no restocking fee. I then couldn’t figure out how to get my wife’s handle bars together and Kalin answered my texts right away and directed me to the proper utube video to watch. I figured it out right away.Great guy, great company, great product. I couldn’t be happier.

I purchased a bike form Kalyn three years ago. Since then I've ridden more than 3000Km -with no issues at all. Other than the expected brake pad and tire replacements, the EFB has performed better than I could ever have predicted - providing hours of fun and exercise on all sorts of terrain.

Purchased 2 electric bikes from Kalyn in Nov 2018, which we love. I have 800 km of my bike and it is so exciting to ride. The fat tires are exceptionally smooth and the bikes are the nicest I have seen in the industry. The price line is very worthy of a look and see what he sells.You have to be cool these days and these bikes are. The owner is great to work with, completely honest and reliable. You can trust his advice. I knew of no other owners before I ordered my bike, since then I have met 7 other owners in my neighbourhood. All have only good things to say about this company.I am delighted with my EFB1000, no problems or issues with my bike at all.
