I went there this morning. I asked the lady if they can accept the requisition from my phone. She said I need to download to their website. When o tried to download, the system was not working. I told her, the system is not working. She said nothing she can do and refuse me to have a blood test. Thank you guys. Try to have a better tech giy to solve your issues.

The Two stars are only for the very few hard working staff. This place is seriously understaffed. The announced half an hour wait time is actually 1.5 hours. Had this experience twice in the same week. Only one person at a time works to take blood samples and the three other booths are always empty. I think it is a cheap way for the owners to increase profits at the expense of poor patients who are spending hours in wait time.

Very professional and hard working friendly staff. Diana was my lab rep and she took the time to explain details to me for the tests which she conducted. I didn't wait more than 10-15 minutes which is little wait considering I went in the morning when it's at highest wait time. I'm doing all my blood work there from now on!

For parents: I highly recommend this location if you have a young child. My now 14 month old had bloodwork today, and also at 11 months old, that had to be drawn outside a hospital. I was impressed with the skill and calm demeanor of the phlebotomist (we had the same one both times).

When I went to get tested I asked for a swab and was told they didn’t have any. When I asked where I could get one the employee laughed in my face and said “I don’t know” and then she stared at me and didn’t offer any other help. Coming to get tests done is stressful to begin with and this employees rudeness was extremely unhelpful. I then left and sat in my car and cried afterwards. Don’t go to this location.

This location (old Bronte road) has great people working. Melanie helped me with my blood work today and she was kind, helpful and no pain at all. Was also great not having to wait either. They have the online booking system, however it ended one hour before closing. Would be great if they would expand the hours even for a couple days/weekends. That being said, the staff at this location is great and helpful!

On a Monday morning, when the business opens, the staff are incredibly slow. They had 3 staff, and only 1 staff member was taking blood, and it was taking 12+ minutes per person. I waited 43 minutes to be seen, and I was only 5th in line. Then suddenly, all 3 of the staff starting taking customers - why? Because the online portal opened (at 8:30 am), so the flood of people registering in advance using their phones started. My advice - don't go in the first hour after they open. Staff are still too slow and you'll just end up getting frustrated with how disorganized the place appears to be.

I've never had issues with this location until today (although I have never found them that friendly compared to other locations). I arrived at 3:15 with my 16 year old daughter who needed some basic lab work. The sign on the door states their hours are 7:30-4:00. Another sign on the door states to wait in the hallway until a staff member comes out to screen you. So we waited. And waited. And waited. About 15 minutes later a staff member came out and told us they weren't taking any more patients today and to come back tomorrow. I told her we had been waiting there for nearly 15 minutes and perhaps it would have been courteous of them to let us know that sooner, and even perhaps put a sign on the door saying they were full for the day (also there were only 3 people inside waiting - and 45 minutes left until close). I asked if they could possibly squeeze my daughter in as she was quite nervous and had worked the courage up to go for the lab work. This employee was quite rude and refused. She also said there was no way we were waiting for 15 minutes and basically called me a liar. Needless to say we left and will be attending a different location in the future.

I went in for a urine and blood test on the same day and had to wait over two hours to get a nurse to take a blood sample… which I didn’t mind.I waited for over a week to receive my results on the Dynacare application. Only the urine sample came through and the work order was considered complete. Where was my lab results for the blood they took?I wanted to follow-up to see if I should expect my results to come in on a different work order. I called the office twice … they do not pick up. I’ve written to Dynacare Plus with no reply. I just so happen to have a follow up appointment with my doctor, which is in the same building, as this Dynacare clinic that I went to. I asked them in person if I should expect the lab results to come in … they referred me to the Dynacare Plus phone number and website to inquire. I told them that I had and I’ve had no luck. Then they asked if I had my pin. I asked them what pin? They asked me if I had my pin for the Dynacare Plus account. I told them yes I do. They continued to ask … What was the last time I paid? I told him that I was uncertain, but I told them that I did have to my other lab results that were within the same order so I do have access to the Dynacare Plus account and it is active . They continue to ask me what was my pin? … I felt like I was talking to an automated message. Ultimately they insisted that I could not see my lab results unless I pay. I knew I wasn’t getting anywhere with them and they were just gaslighting me just so I can leave.It’s been two weeks now. My Dynacare Plus account does not expire until 2024, no lab results and no response from Dynacare Plus.Assuming that they have lost my blood … I did end up, asking my doctor to write me a new lab request.
