I received the Alarm Kit back in April 2021, for how much i paid, it does exactly what i need. Set-up was easy using the video tutorials and took me about 35 minutes or so. It probably would have taken more longer if i didn't use the videos. I already had smartlife connected to my amazon for my smart lights so as soon as the alarm connected to my wifi it also automatically connected to Alexa. I added the disarm command to my routines so now i have to automatically arm the system at the same time as when i have my lights shut off before bed! It's not as good as a monitored system, but when i am away from home i feel good knowing that if any of the sensors are triggered i'll get a notification to my phone. At that point i can just go back home or call a friend or neighbour to check and see if anyone broke into my home.I highly recommend this system if you want a nice little system to protect your house when you're away just to give you some piece of mind without the monthly fees!
