Disappointed with Bauer Compression socks, wore them max 10-12 hours, washed once! already snagged!! Contacted customer service & more disappointed as they don't stand by their products!!! Terrible attitude!!!They only offer 30 days warranty as if this is a drugstore product!!! I could've bought 6 pairs from shoppers with the money I had to pay for this pair, plus going to their sales office twice during the day and the paperwork! Stay away from this brand, their attitude to blame this as an accident is extremely unreasonable! No value for your money!

Don't trust the reviews on Bauerfeind products. They don't post negative reviews to their website.I ordered several pairs of their thigh compression sleeves and compression socks totalling $600. On one of the thigh compression sleeves the seam on it came unraveled after the third use.I was offered a free" return that is anything but free. I wanted the product replaced with a pair that wasn't defective. In order to do that I would have to pay $16 for shipping to return the defective product plus another $16 to reorder a replacement.This company does not stand behind their products."

This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The staff are typical Quebecois- rude and arrogant. I would never spend another dollar here. Dealing with Annette has been a total nightmare.
