Best customer service ever!!! The entire staff is warm and welcoming every time I come in. They even helped occupy my son while I was trying bikes.They went above and beyond in getting my new bike set up with the Follow me Tandem, so I can tow my child.I strongly recommend them for all your bike needs. They even provide free bike maintenance and flat fix clinic!!!

I was so happy to find this is one of the few bicycle shops in my area open on a Sunday. I went in hoping to get a repair set up since I had crashed my bike and was absolutely gutted about it. As soon as I began to enter the store the customer service was outstanding! They were able to immediately assess my bike and someone even came off break early to get her road ready as quick as possible! I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I recently dropped of mi bicycle to have the 4 spd internal hub overhauled because it wasn’t shifting right.They quoted me $100.The repair work was completed on the date they promised.When I picked up my bike, I was told there was nothing wrong with the hub. The shifting problem was due to a screw holding the shift cable in place installed backwards.They corrected the small problem and only charged me $15.So…I would totally recommend these guys for an honest service.

The repair team — Jack, Oliver, Eddie and others — are awesome! The attention to detail is amazing. Plus they work with you to figure out what exactly is wrong with the bike. They don't assume the problem is solved until you let them know you're happy. But, as with all good bike shops, give them time to work on the bike.

My review is a month overdue, but I've been too busy enjoying my like-new bicycle!I took my old, definitely in need of work bicycle to their workshop in the back and everyone who I dealt with from the moment I entered the shop to taking my bike home, were just wonderful. Jack, Ollie, and the other employees who took the time to answer my questions were just purely kind people.They went out of their way to make sure my bike looked and rode like new coming out of the shop. Truly it was one of the best experiences I've had in getting my bike repaired, and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Really happy with service I received buying my new bike. Rayne was super knowledgeable, helpful and walked me through a 1000 questions. I came back the following day to test drive the bike, the service team made all the small tweaks I needed to make me feel 100% confident in my new purchase.
