Nice family run business. Managed to take my order and cut four one foot by one foot pieces of glass in under 30 minutes while I waited. Cuts could have been better, but overall it was a good experience for the money. Perhaps if they had received the order earlier and had more time the pieces would have come out better quality but alas.

I was delighted to support a local business when I dropped off a custom glass job a month ago.A month later still no progress or news inspite of dropping into the shop 6 times in person.This shop is only for the very patient.

Amazing people and amazing service.We had to replace our glass table top and they were incredible to work with when we even mistakenly given the wrong measurement they were very accommodating in us reordering the right size. Would recommend to anyone who needs a custom glass or mirror fix!!

Called before going to the store to have most of my questions answered. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. Gabriela i think is her name. The store are closing at 4 and not 5pm as mentioned on google. You cannot walk freely there. The space is mainly for quick view and get some help of the specialists. In the store i was lucky to had the chance to talk with the same lady, great service. I liked the price. Fast service. Will wait for receiving the final product but i am very optimistic about it :)I bought a custom cut glass.

Great service. Quality glass and a quick turnaround time.I quickly needed to get a replacement glass shelf for my fridge and they were able to provide this quicker than they originally quoted.Very fair price too.Highly recommended

First off - I do not make a habit of leaving bad reviews, but this place is appalling. Worst, most horrible service (nice does not equal good service). They dont care about smaller jobs (but wont tell you that, meanwhile the guy will brag about some huge job hes doing on the Bridal Path). Their quotes are literally 2-3 times more than elsewhere, and they are slow as molasses. Dealing with them you wonder if they are rich because the seem to hate doing business! DONT DO IT!

Gerrard Glass made me two custom mirrors for a medicine cabinet I built. I'm a general contractor and I've seen the spectrum of good to bad across all facets of construction, including glass/mirror fabrication. Because my mirrors have notches I was worried they wouldn't turn out well if they weren't given the right amount of attention. Gerrard Glass did a fantastic job. The mirrors fit precisely around the doors (which I provided) and the edge finishing was beyond my expectations. To top it off, they mounted the mirrors to the doors for me, which was not expected. I believe the price was fair for the quality. Thanks Gerrard Glass!
