The staff and doctors at Heartland Pet Hospital are amazing. Debbie, Dr. Simmons, Dr. Leader, Dr. Terry and Lindsay.They all are always there to help me and give me advice on what to do and the best foods for my 3 cats. I have been going to Heartland Pet Hospital for many years.All the staff have taken grea care of all my fur babies.I would highly recommend Heartland Pet Hospital.Thank you to all the vet doctors, Debbie and Lindsay for all you do, I greatly appreciate it.

Can't say enough good things about this clinic! Dr.Leader is absolutely fantastic! She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly loves her job! I have been trying to find a vet like this for years! So glad I was able to book a last minute appointment, thanks for fitting me in the same day as a new patient. I will be coming here from now on!

The staff at the Heartland Pet Hospital are caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. From the front desk lead Debbie to Dr. Gwen Terry, we are grateful for their gentle, thoughtful and professional care of our dogs. We highly recommend them, and look forward to many more years. Always a pleasant experience, my American Bulldog Lana has always received the best care from the staff at Heartland Pet Hospital. From allergic reactions from bee stings to ACLO tendon diagnosis and referrals they have your fur baby covered.

Dr Leader, Dr Terry and Debbie are an amazing team. Very compassionate, and takes the time to respond to questions.For the person who commented on having to wait outside of the clinic, please take be respectful of the fact that this is their clinic policy due to covid and other restrictions. They are a great veterinarian clinic.

Although they welcomed my kitten and I as new clients I was underwhelmed by this vets ability to do a check up and for that price… She said she had suspected some flea dirt but was not sure… when I got home I checked him myself just to find TONS of dirt and to make matters worse LIVE FLEAS… not sure how she missed all that.. I had to do my own research and treatments. I will not be bringing him back.

I've been here multiple times for my cats and this clinic is awesome. Debbie working at the front desk is very friendly and I've had a great experience. I came here for my cats suture removal and Dr. Simmons did a great job with my cat. I know I'm in a great clinic as she is very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic!There's also the clinic cat who is super adorable!

I transferred to this clinic when I moved to Mississauga 2 years ago. Since then, I've brought my 13 year old cat there a dozen times and dealt with both Dr. Leader and Dr. Terry. They referred me to a specialist last summer who diagnosed her. Unfortunately, it looks like the issue has come back. But, every single time before her specialist and currently, they have attempted to troubleshoot the issue while giving me a bunch of options. Both ladies have spent what feels like hours taking to me on the phone and in person, explaining everything so thoroughly and compassionately. Answering all my questions... even when I'm holding back tears! Amazing doctors and so kind.
