It is too bad that 1 star ratings have to happen but when the company van has decals and your driving like own the road with little to no care.....it's on you.

Fieldstone Windows has good prices, a great quality product, and most importantly, excellent installers. I used them to replace 4 windows for a rental property, and they did a great job. I also asked Fieldstone to fix some deficiencies from someone else's installation job that I noticed at my primary residence, and they were quick to respond and did a great job there too.

The fieldstone team was professional and efficient. They installed a sliding door off our kitchen and a window off our dining room this summer. From start to finish the team did a fantastic job. We will be happy to have them back for the rest of our windows in the near future.

They have really exceeded my expectations.Pre-Install: This company is just a pleasure to work with. Their sales rep (Rose) did the most relaxed, helpful and informed consultation, the quote came through for a couple of options and was straightforward. I really appreciated that there were no special promo's or huge reductions offered upon signing, made me think that I am getting what I paid for. A really lovely guy came in to do our measurements and we are excited and waiting for our new door. I am nothing but excited for the end result of this door from this fantastic company. We couldn't be happier with our new front door. From the design, to the installation, everything was done with incredible attention to detail. Rose was a pleasure to deal with and was patient as we took our time choosing a design and finishes. And the installers were equally fantastic. We will be using Fieldstone in the future for sure.

My husband and I are completely blown away by Gevorg and Ovid on the installation of our new windows. We could not believe how late they committed to staying behind just to get the interior complete so we can enjoy our home sooner. We have been working with contractors all throughout this year to update our recently purchased first home. Never have we met ones that are this dedicated and hardworking. They saved us a lot of time as my dad was able to come back the next day to complete the drywall and paint the trim. Overall, we were able to enjoy our home sooner.In addition, my dad is a general contractor for over 35 years and he said that their work is very impressive. He says their 90 degree angles are immaculate and they are very skilled. He is rarely impressed.We are so glad we chose your company, the service has been top notch from start and to finish. We already have friends asking us who installed our windows after seeing some pictures. Thank you so much for your work! you completely transformed our home!

Our new front door with full sidelights was installed June 9, 2021 in extremely hot and humid conditions. The two installers were very respectful and friendly; the workmanship was excellent and the worksite was left clean. Throughout the installation process there was regular communication to ensure we were getting the entrance we wanted. From our perspective the new entrance adds wonderful curb appeal to our home.From the first phone calls, to the final measurement, ordering, and installation the Fieldstone Windows and Doors staff were supportive and professional. Fieldstone recently put in a new sliding back door as well as enlarged a widow opening and inserted a large new window. We cant be more thrilled with the final product. From the initial consultation and discussion with Ken who was so helpful at planning what we should do and what product was best as well as organizing the brick work. Rapunzel was fantastic at keeping us informed on the timing of everything and at install Evgeni did a meticulous job. We would highly recommend this company as it has top of the line product as well as employees who have provided amazing service. We will look to these guys again next year when we replace our front door.
