The place was clean. Nice lighting overall. Our server was nice and kept asking if we needed anything. Good variety of music played. My family and I went here for my sisters birthday. We had a great time!

I recently visited and had an absolute blast at their bowling and games section! The venue provided a fantastic atmosphere with its vibrant decor and upbeat music. The bowling lanes were well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Besides bowling, there was an impressive array of other games to enjoy, including arcade classics and billiards. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone in our group. The overall experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend Parkway Social for a fun-filled outing with friends or family.

Extremely poor experience at parkway social. Had a birthday celebration there with roughly 14 people. We had three lanes. Our server was very sarcastic, and rude, to all the guests of our gathering. I did not get her name. She ended up charging my boyfriend for a lot of the drinks that everyone had asked to put on a tab for themselves along with the fact that she forgot to bring out the birthday cake and when questioned about it, she said that we can take it to go. To go???? A birthday cake??? Extremely terrible service.. I tried calling Parkway social on the Monday to discuss with management, I left them a message and did not receive a phone call back. Would definitely not go back to this locationThis incident happened on May 20/23 on lanes 1-3 (in case management would like to address as I did wait patiently for a phone call back to try to rectify situation ) but was resorted to putting a google review.Very disappointed my birthday was impacted by their horrible customer service.

We had our son’s 10th birthday party here this weekend (bowling and arcade) and it was fantastic! Our hostess, Ashley went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She organized the food, drinks, timing - all of it! Her service was friendly, engaging, and top notch. We will definitely return, and when we do we’ll be requesting Ashley to assist us! 10/10!

Indifferent. Only bowling alley in the area we’ve tried yet since moving here. We’ve come probably about 7 times. 5/7 times were on a Tuesday, in which we bowled By The Game. Once on a Wednesday, which their AYCE wings + bowl deal was great. Once on a Sunday.. in which they said we could only Bowl By the Game before 5pm. Although not true, as we had never bowled by the hour before and had been there 5+ times already and every time was after 7pm. When our daughter has ADHD… bowling by the hour is a waste of money. Which is why we took her there after so many times of bowling by the game.Their food is good. The service was always good by the servers. If you order a classic cocktail that’s well known but not on the menu, it’s always made wrong.And last time our lane had so many dents in it we gave up after the ball would hit those spots and fly sideways into the gutter. Think that was lane 17? Maybe 27.

Great renovations and the best chicken wings in the city. I love that they have ultra light, full sized balls for the little guys.Service could be a bit better. There are somewhat long wait times for drinks at the bar or waitstaff to come to your lane. People working there seem to take their time to help you out at the rental and arcade counters.Overall, a fun place to hang out for people of all ages. Maybe more staff would be helpful for busier evenings?

Really great place but could use some allergy friendly food options! Often we aren’t able to eat and enjoy but love this place and would come more if this was the case. It’s awesome for groups and the bar is incredible. A dish or two labelled gluten free or even the ability to have the sever adjust some items would be awesome to have all our friends included! Especially in this day and age where it’s seen everywhere and expected to have at least one option… Hope to see it in the near future… deserves more than 5 stars for sure once done so!

Updated, clean and all electronic. Bright and lots of adult beverages. Games room and laser tag. VIP rooms.
