Wrong information led to the rejection of my credit card and wasted my time.I went there to open an account and apply for a credit card. I gave them the documents they asked for. Some days later I received a rejection.I asked the rejection reason and the lady told me the bank needs to see you have some transaction in your account and come back after four months and then apply again!After that, I checked with another branch to see the reason and saw I was approved for a credit card with a lower limit and that wasn't the rejection reason!I missed that also!

Highly disappointed with this branch. My first time was not bad, but we started my appointment only at 1.20 pm but it was planned for 1 pm. Second time i went to make a new appointment and staff told me that there are no available appointments for this week. I went home and on a website there were 3 appointments for this day and about 15 for the next day. Third time they just canceled my confirmed booking because they couldn't. Probably other branches better. But i recommend you to avoid this.

Called to inquire with a financial advisor, was told they would call me back by the end of the day. They called me back at noon to sell me credit cards and lines of credit, but with no response to my original question, and again promised a call back by end of day. Two days later and no response. I've decided to take my business to another branch.

Excellent service from a friendly, knowledgeable staff on multiple occasions. Yes there is occasional wait but it usually appears that is because they are giving good service to the person they are dealing with. I have never been rushed out no matter how long a lineup there was. They always take the time needed to meet and occasionally exceeded my expectations.

I really hate this bank because they close on weekend. The reason why when I get my salary, I put directly in my bank on the weekends but now it’s a worst bank ever to close on the weekend many people deposit their money in the bank because they won save them money but if you want to save your money and deposit in your bank, I’m recommend you go different TD Bank, but not in this bank. The teller who helped me (sadly I can’t remember her name) was so nice, helpful, and considerate! She had easy and quick answers to all of my questions. It was honestly the nicest banking experience I’ve ever had, since banks usually aren’t known for being fun. This branch is farther from my house than some others, but I’m going to make a point to come here!

I had my worse experience with a bank ever.Never thought I'd face such a bad service and bad faith when I first pushed their doors.Disappointed by this branch and the fact that they will not even try to solve my issue, especially with a mistake that belongs to them.I simply don't understand how sorry

Terrible Experience. I lost my wallet, the people here were uncaring, unhelpful and gave me no assistance with this difficulty. TD's Online services were able to help me out. Don't bother going here just call if you want to get help or service.
