Very unprofessional behavior of this salon. They cancelled the appointment for 5 minute delay in the arrival to the salon due to traffic and they didn’t even call us about the same. Soo dissatisfied with the way they treated and when we reached they just blamed on us. Never going to this salon ever again!

My eyebrows are always on point and very excellent service all the time! My number 1 shop, don't go anywhere else ever. Also nails but I'm doing my health care aid program and not allowed or they would be done as well!!

Came here today for a quick makeup and threading.I really had a very bad customer service, the girl who did the makeup was unprofessional, Impatient, and was not paying attention to my instructions. She was really harsh on the face while applying the makeup and wasted my time. Although it was told to apply simple makeup. After I communicated that I was not satisfied, she went ahead and agreed to remove all the makeup and still made me to pay for it. I won't recommend this place for any kind of makeup.

I've been looking for a great eyebrow threading place in Kamloops and I've finally found it! Walked in for an appointment and didn't have to wait very long. Service was quick, professional and the job was so well done. The place itself is really nicely laid out, clean and modern looking. Excited to try other services they offer here. Would definitely recommend.

The massage chair was broken, they tried to fix it, but then it quit working again. Not the end of the world, but they also tried to re-use an emory board that was used on someone else, which is very unhygienic. The technician was nice enough, but clearly inexperienced and untrained.
