What a joke!!! Ripp off artists, same shatter yet different prices on different days, last time, dont shop there, no respect.

I had a great experience at this location! It’s very big and the ambiance of the store is incredible. the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. they gave me great suggestions that fit exactly what i’m looking for

People here are very nice and delivery is free over 35$. The driver I saw today was very sweet and when I asked about a problem he quickly attempted to remedy my issue. The dutchie client used on the website is REALLY BAD and buggy, but it's the same service other dispos use too so it's not like I fault them for it lol. I wouldn't choose to recommend this store, but it's still a good place.

Came in to purchase some rolling papers. They were immediately super helpful and actually hooked me up with their dope Burb branded rolling papers on the house!!!We are now set for an epic road trip!I highly recommend hitting up Burb for your cannabis needs!!!

Incident one: Went into the store with someone underage I am the guardian of. I asked if it was okay, the female manager said yes. Got to the til, was asked for ID for both parties. Staff stated it would be my fault if they got fined.Incident two: Called in ahead of time to make sure this lady was not on-site. Staff told me not to worry, she isn't in, and to come get a staff discount. Arrived to store, female manager was there again, interrupted my business with the male staff member on site, and asked me if I was okay. Asked me what my problem was. Told me if I had security training I should be able to read the signs.As someone who suffers from PTSD and anxiety, I can never go back to this store.

I've been ordering from burb for a few months now and they are absolutely amazing. Great communication, the driver's are so wonderful and friendly, and the ordering process is so easy. Burb is the only place I buy from because they always come through for real

I've been going here every month or so for about a year. The people working and the drivers have GREAT vibes. Wonderful people with great customer service skills. Literally nothing I'm about to complain about is on the customer facing staff.But that's where the compliments end. As soon as you step in, you're hit with bad signage and bad displays. That is not an individual store problem because every Burb has this issue due to their attempt to appeal to a certain clientele, and the value of aesthetics over function.In this store, half of the display products are sold out at any given time while the packages are still present in the windows. Many times I found myself browsing an entire table's selection, only to find I actually only had three or four options in stock. The store stops restocking your favorite product at the drop of a hat. There's no in store menu listing all of their products offered, but there is one online.When I decided to order online instead of going in store, I found out the online menu is just as difficult to determine the stock on and the program oversells products without the store's knowledge. Very frustrating experience, and the private store markup is an additional wallet hit. I'll go to BCCS next time.

Not bad quality herb, however realllly expensive... these stores would get more business in a more affluent neighborhood like west van. I'll be buying online from now on. Helpful criticism, weed is legal, you should really lower you're prices..... btw, you guys are anything but price competitive , i now buy online where I pay under 500 bucks for a half pound. You guys are a joke.

Very expensive products, unless you have very deep pockets, it might be best to find a more inexpensive place to make purchases, cannabis is now legal, it makes no sense to pay these unheard of prices, nice store front though. Sneaky.". ; )"
