Nehaa and Naz gave an oustanding customer service throughout my rental. Had a smooth pickup and dropoff. Car was great and had no problem for an entire week.Location is very close to airport and offers better prices. Had a great time renting out the car and keep up the extraordinary service.

A good and reasonable car rental service. In comparison to other competitors they offer you better options and less dedications.

This place was very professional, with a quick response. I booked online and 10 minutes later I received a call to confirm.Their process of renting is very quick and simple and hassle free compared to many other car rental companies. The young lady that helped me was excellent.Their price was on the lower end of their leading competitors.I would recommend using enterprise and this location if you're in the Toronto Pearson area. It's not at the airport but not far away. Less than 10 minutes.Prices for rentals off the airport are cheaper than on the airport.Stay safe fellow earthlings.

Nehaa is the best! Very accommodating and ready to help her customers! I can say that this specific location really do care about their customers and want them to have a pleasant experience. They are not all about the money - if you know what I mean.

This is the best enterprise I come to. I have never had a unpleasant experience with this place. Ana was amazing and made the rental experience very easy and comfortable. Abdul was also a very friendly and amazing person who helped make it very easy. The car was super clean and great. I recommend this place 10/10!!!!

I have booked a car for today to be picked at 11 am. Its almost 1 O clock now. I have been trying to call all morning and not been able to get them. The agents are no good as they cannot help you and they transfer you to the location where no one picks the call and I have to listen to the recorded message all over again.. I tried about 30 times today to no avail. Very frustrated and lost my weekend to these people.

We reserved a car from this location months prior to our trip. When we arrived we were told they did not have any of the class car we reserved so they bumped us up to an SUV. It went down hill from there.We were given a choice between a Santa Fe and a Wrangler. We picked the Santa Fe first. After doing the walk around we got in the car to leave. It was disgusting. They had vacuumed the floor and that was it. Food bedside the seats, dirt/dust all over the car and it smelled like wet dog. We went back in to change to the Wrangler. I made the comment that it seemed like someone’s personal car. The lady working responded with ‘well it’s been rented out for a month so that why’. It should have NEVER been presented to a customer in the state it was in.After getting the keys for the Wrangler we got in and notice it wasn’t clean either. Photos are of the Wrangler. Not nearly as dirty as the Santa Fe but still not acceptable. It had clearly been smoked in with burn holes in the seats and had a smell like they tried to cover it. We didn’t have time to wait around any longer so we took the Wrangler. Both vehicles had over 70,000 kms on them which I’ve also never seen in any rental cars I’ve rented in the past. It’s not what you expect when you are paying several hundred dollars to rent something for a few days.I’ve NEVER had this experience before with Enterprise. I’ve rented many cars and they have always been spotless at other locations across Canada. This location should be looked into by Enterprise as it’s clearly not up to the standards it should be.I’ve called to file a complaint with Enterprise and the lady said she would be getting us a refund or partial refund for our problems. That was weeks ago and we’ve heard nothing back.Avoid this location when renting a car.

Had a great experience here! Special shout out to Neha who made my first Toronto car renting experience a smooth and easy one! She was very accomodating and explained things clearly, which was extremely important as I am a visiting tourist from Singapore and I was super unsure of everything here with regards to car rental. She helped me out and guess what, I got to drive a truck! I was stoked as I can finally strike that off my bucket list! The truck itself was very new, only 11k on the odo and drove superbly, never once giving me any problems whatsoever. Returning the car was just as easy as Naz did a quick check and all was good to go! Kudos to Neha and Naz for being so friendly and making a tourist feel welcomed! Thank you once again and I hope we cross paths again in future!

This car rental company is trusted but will not hesitate to charge an arm and a leg for young drivers. That being said the service is really well. Location is decent but is a little cramped due to 1 lane in and out. They also don't have a key drop box bin which was an issue if you drop the car off late. The car rental itself was very well good on gas and their policy to return the car with an empty tank for a flat rate is a pretty good deal. The initial fuel inside was premium and had better milage which was an added bonus. Overall would reckmmend. Just don't forget to drop car off within the operation hours and be stuck a few more days in Toronto like me.

Made a rental appointment for a Tesla two months before the repair and confirmed the appointment a week before the repair date. But this shameless company simply canceled this rental one day before the repair date. The reason they provide is that they don’t have any Tesla?Update: I did email my concern to the provided address but never got a response. This company has no shame.Update: I got the tesla rental a week later. They dropped off the rental at my house. It’s a performance. I miss that car. Thanks.
