We approached about our surrogacy and the communication and follow up were good but the fact that a person has to pay an exorbitant amount of money for an auto fill contract is depressing when couples are struggling to achieve a dream in an already expensive journey. The fact that we had to send the contract back with spelling errors in the names was disappointing. At some point, a lawyer out there will feel they've made enough money on the happiness of others and maybe, just maybe, give that contract out for free.

OK experience. Paid a retainer for surrogacy agreement. Due to the simplicity of our agreement, they actually were able to fulfill the requests and rather than billing us more, they refunded us almost $1,000 for unused retainer which was nice. I do recommend this team and their administrator Joan.Update: 11/2/2019That being said, I feel the birth registration should be included in the fee but they separated it and wanted to charge $1,200 more for a simple declaration completion. Fortunately I saved over 90% by going to a notary.

Will not recommend to go there. I wasted my money and time. My case was not at all solved. No response to calls and emails. I felt Sim" took my case just for money.... didn't work out for me at all. If you want to save your time and money please don't go to this firm."

Lawyer was on vacation and billed the entire $3000 retained for a thirty minute conversation with a partner. Would not focus on court and instead wanted to bill for emails. Even after all that they can't even come up with a quote for how much it would cost to take the case to court. Took the case to legal aid and within one hour made significant progress on the necessary affidavit. Get a full limited scope retainer quote or take your business elsewhere. They will rob you
