We had water delivered to our house to fill out 15’X30’ above ground pool. Everyone we dealt with was really nice and helpful for information and getting the truck to our house when needed. I would recommend them to anyone, fast, friendly service.

The whole experience was wonderful. Spoke with Rebecca, Kim, and McKinley at the office- they were so accommodating with all of the time changes on my end. The delivery for the two loads I ordered on two different days was with Steve. Steve is the most kind, personable, helpful, and customer oriented individual I have ever met. Our conversation was great and experienced incredible service. Truck was clean and all my neighbours marvelled at the service. 10 stars rating here!!!

As a first time pool owner, and being on a well, I called Bright Water Services for a pool fill. Instead of spending days filling the pool with a hose, and taxing my well and pump, the pool was filled with fresh clean water in 45 minutes. Driver Chris expertly navigated the double tanker up my long and winding farm driveway, and was very respectful of my lawn and property. They showed up when they promised with enough water on board to meet my needs. I will definitely be calling them every year for my water needs.

I just wanted to say (shout) that the service we received from this company was outstanding! It started only minutes after I sent my first email inquiry! I could not be 100% certain of when we would be able to fill our pool and the responses I was getting were kind, understanding and helpful. There was no indication at all of impatience with me. When the water came, we were again very impressed with this company. The water delivery man was helpful, informative mannerly and on time!!! We would 150% recommend this company to anyone needing water services Bright Water Service, please be sure to look up the names of those that assisted us and DO give them a pat on the back.
