Friendly, courteous and unlike the big cooperations(shoppers + rexall) they actually work w/ you no matter how strange your request might be. did i mention they deliver to free of charge.

I have been with Ernest pharmacy for about 16 years. The whole team does their very best to not only learn about your medical needs, but also to know you as a person. Manny times they have gone above and beyond to help make sure my, and my familys needs were met. Granted, most pharmacies are professional and strive to do their best to keep their costumes happy. What makes Ernest Pharmacy different in my opinion, is they genuinely care about their customers and no matter how busy they are, they still take a moment to ask you how your day is. I have always felt treated as an individual and not as 'just another dollar being made. I trust Ernest Pharmacy completely and will remain with them indefinitely."

Pharmacist was condescending and racist. We came with my dad seeking guidance on what medicine to buy and she spoke to us like we had to know that they were out of stock of cold syrups… then we asked for other options and all she said was “whatever you can find”… so we ask her again “can you help us, because we don’t even know what we are looking for or where to look?”… her answer again was “whatever you can find”, so I told her that she was being condescending to my dad, and she responded with a “I don’t even understand what he’s saying with his accent”.
