The Barracks Inn

Had a good stay, easy check in and they even called us to notify that early check in was available. We slept comfortably. Breakfast the next morning was convenient to walk to the lobby area to eat, it is set up very cute with fruits, toasts, biscuits, coffee/teas, etc. A bit pricey for a nights stay for an inn that's located out of town but overall enjoyed it.

As a first timer staying at this hotel I have nothing but good things to say. The rooms, the staff and the early, fresh breakfast were amazing. The room itself was just so clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was fresh and the staff made sure everything stayed covered and full.

Hotel was booked 14 months in advance- for a wedding blockSpecified that we would need an accessible room- to find out that when the guest that needed the room could not get it .. after doing some digging another guest under our wedding group was offered the accessible room based on it being the lowest price pointUpon arrival treatment from staff was awful .. when we check in the front desk staff member was vacuuming and rather stopping to greet or acknowledge us she continued to vacuumStaff were rude! From front desk to house keepingBreakfast bar was not stocked well ( we asked for more breakfast tea biscuits And the staff member put two more out ..I liked the look of the hotel but wouldn’t go back as the price we paid for the room should have come with at the very least nice customer service.

I have stayed at my share of hotels but this has become one of my favorites. So quaint and comfortable.My husband and I had a scotch from the scotch cart. It was the perfect final touch to a lovely evening.

Nice little inn with built that matches it'd environment.Rooms are well equipped with all what you need.Quite environment, beautiful surroundings, nice staff.

This place is wonderful. Not enough people know about it. The cabins are clean and very cozy. I love the atmosphere there. It's peaceful and we saw 6 or 7 deer right outside our door. I wish I had my phone to get pictures but I didn't have it with me. I would go there again for sure.

The perfect location for exploring nearby waterfalls and trails. Walking distance to restaurants, simple but delish breakfast, room was spacious, modern bathroom, netflix access is a great touch. Only suggestion is to have less complicated thermostats. The charm of the building matches the area, highly recommend!

Clean quiet rooms, I actually didn't see or hear any other person. Visually appealing. Good location for Ancaster Mill guests
