Decent prices but not as advertised online or on apps. Entrance is complicated, use Bay Street entrance with turnstile.

Impark - Flat rate $5 for 4 hours in the evenings. Closest parkade near the Toronto sign and city hall.

Good location to park for out of town visitors to Eaton Centre. Plenty of EV chargers. Parking rate on weekend is decent. $5 for 4 hours, provided event rates are not in effect. Entrance to parking garage is at the North edge of the building. I'll try to move the map marker to the entrance.

Hope you've got 20 mins to spare because you'll need it getting out of the parking lot anytime around 5pm. I've got a monthly pass and while it doesn't happen every day, its happens enough times a week that I'm looking for a new spot. Called Impark to let them know what was happening and their response was literally it's not our problem". The last time this happened

Convenient parking lot, centrally located, easy access to the Eaton's Center. Could be a little cleaner and there could be better signage with directions to get to the Eaton's Center internally. Accessible for those who have special needs.

I love this parking! Steps to Eaton Center. I'm sure there's a way to connect internally but I always get lost in that building. Hourly rates ($5/hr - weekday days and $2/hr weekday evenings), and flat $5/4hrs on weekends. Cheaper than street parking in downtown and conveniently pay using the hangtag app which is way better than GreenP app. Always park here.

They charged me over 500 dollars and I didn’t even park there for one day. Find monthly parking elsewhere.
