Great Customer Service every time. Long time Client

After a lengthy wait for the rep and another customer to finish a private conversation I tried to deposit a cheque. My branch is in merritt but I had business in kamloops, so I stopped at this Lansdowne branch. I was treat with prejudice. Apparently I don't look like I should be depositing a larger cheque. (I was clean and in shorts and tank top). I provided ID and they even called my branch all the while looking at me like I was a crimal including and especially the branch manager. How can such disgustingly behaved people be in customer service? I would leave this bank entirely if not for the amazing ladies at my branch in my town. Will definitely never go there again.

This place is an absolute joke when it comes to customer service. Do yourself a favour and bank elsewhere. Employees are rude, they don't answer their phones, they take zero accountability, and they have no idea what they are doing. Very bad first impression, and I'm glad I didn't set up a bank account and get a loan through them.

I have very recently experienced the most helpful people I have ever encountered at a financial institution. Katrina and Pradeep, at Interior Savings Kamloops Landsdowne Branch, were enormously helpful in assisting me to resolve important family financial matters. They were patient and thorough and helped me answer a great many questions.

No matter the circumstances, my buddy James helps me get through it all....he is the reason I have my freedom....thank you for being you ☺

To not have a 24/7 help line is unbelievable for any financial institution. When having banking issues after 6PM or on the weekend, you are screwed until Monday. Far and above the worst banking experience.
