Carrigan place Apartments
Very expensive and run down. Property managers are okay but the landlords treat property manager horrible.Rats and bugs. Rent too expensive.

Carrigan place Apartments
This place is accessible to everything. Several improvements in and around the building in the last 1.5 years. However, there are recurring issues with the lights outside the building. It is always not working during the hours when you actually need to see in the dark. It takes several phone calls to the building manager/care taker before action is taken.
