Service request was quickly and efficiently processed with an appointment time scheduled. The garage door primary issue was repaired, hinges that were loose were tightened, the springs were adjusted. Amazing work! We were told by another company that our door was unfixable and required replacement after they failed to fix the issue for a 3rd time over the course of a year. I contacted River City for a quote for a new door. After looking at the photos I sent of the existing door, they immediately picked up that the door we had was not properly installed and that this was likely the source of our problems. Something that the other company overlooked 3 times.
