The hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures, it is dated, shabby and just dirty. Our duvet had stains on it, and they didn't even cover it with the duvet cover but put the dirty duvet between two bed sheets. The cleaning crew didn't show up once during our two day stay. The safe and AC didn't work and we had to ask thme to fix it. The only good part is that they tried it to fix it. Definitely not a 4 star experience you'd like to have.

Room was cleanISH, our shower water pressure was non existent! The drain was clogged and the water took 15 min to go down after a 5 minute shower! not impressed for a 4 star hotel, I had much better experience at a 3 star hotel not far from this location. Will not be booking again

Definitely not a sanitary place there was still liquids on the mirror from the last people that were there the tub was stained with light pink . The air vents were so dusty that my family and I couldn’t sleep due to the congestion. We also asked for 2 queen with balcony but didn’t notify us that we couldn’t get the balcony that we paid for until after we complained. It seemed like they thought we wouldn’t notice. Because of this they did give us complimentary breakfast which wasn’t even good. There was also a cleaner who was vacuuming at 12am. Who vacuums at midnight when there are children sleeping? And for 255 a night it definitely was not worth the money due to lack of cleanliness and lack of customer service. Also when we asked about the complimentary cookies they said to come in the morning and when I went in the morning they didn’t even have. I feel like employees need better communication within each other to reach customer satisfaction. The hotel would be amazing if they cleaned better and had better service but don’t think I’d return. DO BETTER!
