Rude and unhelpful staff. Made jokes at my expense at the register, couldn’t keep track of the shoes (the one pair we wanted seemed to have been stolen from the box since the box was empty). Was made to feel unwelcome and in the wrong when I came back to ensure I had f&f discount applied to my total, I was never informed that my shoes were excluded from the discount so I just thought they didn’t give it to me. How is that my fault? Cashier said I should have known since I read about the discount. Never coming back here I had a horrible experience and I’ll admit I went back to my car and cried after this.

Went to do a warranty exchange on a jacket, midtown mall sportchek gave us the ok for it but they didn’t have the jacket we wanted to exchange with. Went over to circle my husband asked one of the guy’s on the floor about the warranty and that midtown were giving us the warranty. Guy laughed said nope can’t do the warranty, I tried explaining the warranty I had looked up on the manufacturer website and sportchek website, he refused to even listen. So we left went over to confed and didn’t have a single issue with getting warranty and finding a jacket. Seems circle and 8th sportchek need to train their staff a little better on warranty policies.

The selection was a bit poorer than I am used to but the sales person was excellent and assisted me in ordering them online. They will now be delivered to my home. The friends and family days are on and I got $70 shoes for $52 so I'm pretty stoked.

Very nice place to buy sporting goods, they have a wide variety of products from hockey, football, baseball, soccer, basketball and so much more, they also sell bikes and other winter sports equipments like skis and skates. They also sell clothes and jackets and hoodies and also shoes, boots and trainers

My husband and I went in to look at bikes. The salesperson helping us was friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient, recommending choices for us and we went out of there with 2 new bikes.

Great customer service! Had to have an item replaced and the experience was seamless and efficient. Shout out to cashier Michelle who was helpful and very pleasant. Connor from customer service who fielded my call and helped me get resolution quickly. Definitely recomend shopping there.

A typical SportChek with average service. Better than most though. Selection and location is very good with free parking in the mall. Good selection for most Canadian sports except football. The tech stuff here is not prominent and not easy to browse. It's okay.
