Just went to buy contact lenses here and the place is closed between 12:00 and 1:00????? Are you in business or not. Going elsewhere to purchase them now. Poor customer service if you ask me. Businesses don't close for lunch, you are either open or you aren't.

I just moved into Peterborough and wanted to find a trusted local optometrist - and boy did I make the wrong decision by choosing this shop: I paid for top-end frames and lenses, but lenses had to be redone several times and took forever to get done. Had to redo one of the frames, because it did not fit (!!). Then I had to wait for almost three months to get it all done. Overall, very friendly but clueless, overpriced and not flexible. Will go back to my trusted and competent optometrist in Milton!

Very poor service. Brought my 3 y/o special needs daughter in for a lazy eye.. Dr had absolutely no idea how to deal with children with autism. Told us she was fine and we had to goto another clinic to get a proper diagnosis. Best part is when we called to let them know how we felt let down, they took zero responsibility and said it was our fault for not telling them we weren't satisfied! Typical I guess these days.. Save yourself the headache, especially if you have a child with special needs. They are not equipped nor do they have the compassion

I have been a patient of Dr. Paoli's for 34 years. In that time he and his staff have consistently demonstrated professional expertise, care, kindness, professionalism, and a conscientious recommendations that consider your needs and your financial considerations. I can always count on the friendly greeting upon arrival from Corinna who I believe has worked there as long as I’ve been a patient. They have this wonderful man who works on repairs there who is excellent as well and who has saved many of my favourite glasses over the years (I forget his name but I think he’s been there a long time as well). The team is always friendly and knowledgeable and trying to do what’s best for you. Dr. Paoli is also excellent - he never rushes me, lets me ask all my questions so I have a comfort and understanding of what's happening or needs to happen, and is a kind and comfortable doctor to be around. Anyone who has him as their optometrist is lucky to have him. I highly recommend Dr. Paoli and his team to anyone looking for a new optometrist, or who just needs help with new lenses or frames. They are all excellent. My most recent visit was September 2019 and they are still just as amazing as I remember.

This place is amazing. Dr. McLeod and team offer the most comprehensive examination of my eyes ever.The entire team is extremely welcoming and totally professional.

I have been going there for many years. I bought cheaper glasses before going there and was always disappointed. I have macular degeneration and I am being well looked after.

Always have a pleasant visit at Dr Paoli’s office. The staff are very efficient and helpful. Today Victoria was very nice and helped me select frames for new glasses. Thank you all!

Been seeing Dr. Paoli for years. The clinic and it’s staff are all so friendly and helpful whenever I needed something related to eye care.However the cost of a regular eye exam has gone way up in price which I was shocked about.
