They totally discriminated against me not once but twice. If you’re not a 20 year old VIU student they won’t rent to you & will find every excuse not to rent to you!

I live next door to a sun porch home build. The amount of garbage that has ended up on our property is frustrating. They broke the end concrete walkway bordering the property line. I also phoned ahead before build started to talk about the fence and even offered to help pay for a fence that we could agree on. I was ignored on on all of these things. The fence that has been put in place is poor quality and installed poorly and uneven.
