Your company committed to sell me a semi-truck of shavings and we agreed the product, the price and the week of delivery. Three + weeks later - when I called you - you tell me you're no longer delivering shavings but I could 'come and get it'. I understand supply chain problems etc but, ultimately, you were disingenuous in your sales practice when you implied no problems for the delivery but must have had an inkling you could not meet your obligations. Also, your man never called me to tell me you were not going to fulfil the order - I had to call him.
