Today there was an incident I called cops but they left the women who hit me and abused me verbally infront of my 4yr old kid and threw her drinks on me and my kid. Maybe be they left her becz she is a white lady and I’m Asian . So bad my hand got swell.

July 28- Information to report a collision or hit and run is not correct. We called and was told until 8pm. Showed up and lady was out the door at 545pm and said due to COVID-19 hours. Hours are not correct. Came from Toronto and now have to drive here again. Nice lady at dispatch answered after this and said they have mentioned to the company that does the reports and have not updated. Can some please update. .... july 29- came back. Different lady. Very fast service. Yesterday we were missing one thing but definitely could have been done in 15 mins. Thanks Mallory for your help today!

Someone had done damage to Lori's jeep .We called NRP. They came out right away .The officer that arrived minutes later was very perfessional an did a great job .an the CSI unit .from Lori an Pete thank u so much .

Terrible service ever! I waited all day for someone to get back with me. Something bad happened to me and they dont even take all of the details. I reported it and it is taking so long for them to bring someone over. Tip for anyone: youre better off, protecting yourself. Hopefully, others get a better experience than me.

I called out of concern for someone being detained and instead of letting me ask a question the lady at the front desk kept making assumptions and giving information I didn't need until I finally, talked over her in order to ask my question and she answered but with attitude and delaying more time. I understand if it's busy the rush can be frustrating but clearly she had time to waste...

I was on a bike ride and got a flat, as I was changing my inner tube a bunch of cops showed up to deal with some issue in the area. Meanwhile it turns out my spare tube also had a hole in it and I was pretty far from home. I was calling CAA at this point, but before I spoke to them, and as the cops were leaving one of the cops pulled up and asked if I was alright, I explained the situation and he offered to give me a ride to a nearby bike shop. He did not have to do this, but it was very much appreciated.

When notified by residents about a large party with intoxicated drivers many times a week over the past few months Niagara provincial police refused to do anything but ask a few questions . Once Police left the loud music and dangerous driving on our once nice residential street resumed.

On January 5th on Bunting rd there was a large police presents and they made an arrest at my neighbors house. I've been watching the news to see what took place and nothing about it. Like do I need to be aware of what my neighbors are up to. The police were extremely excitedHigh fiving one another. So it was obviously big. You think they'd be more transparent. Totally disappeared in the police.

Most of the officers there are very helpful and kind. Didn't have to wait too long for a record check or anything. But their new school resource officers criminalize children. There have been some horrible and abusive experiences with them.
