Distinctly Patio is the only place to buy quality patio furniture. The staff are first class and they go above and beyond to create the perfect outdoor space for you. All the products are the highest quality and will last for years.We have had our furniture for 3 years and everything still looks brand new. We were so happy with our patio furniture that we bought all our furniture for the cottage from Distinctly Patio. We have fully furnished our patio with distinctly patio over the last few years. We love their selection, prices and great delivery option. Even the pieces we purchased three years ago look brand new. It’s sometimes hard to get ahold of customer service but it’s worth the wait, they are all wonderful and helpful once you do. Can’t beat this place - highly recommend them:)

Product seems like good quality, but don't expect a response if you have an issue. We bought our patio chairs in March, notified them a couple of weeks later of an issue that we noticed once we were able to set the chairs up on our patio and it's been unanswered emails or phone calls ever since. I was able to speak with Diana a couple of times now and she assured me that she would get back to me shortly" and that she would discuss our issue with the owner. It is now almost a month since that phone call and we still have not heard from Diana despite sending yet another email and have left yet another phone message!"

I cannot say enough of how professional and knowledgeable the staff are of the products. The owner is also friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. They have a wide selection of high quality outdoor furniture and top of the line BBQ’s for great deals. There is also a great selection of patio accessories. You can staycation in your backyard with everything from Distinctly Patio! I highly recommend checking out their stunning showroom.

Made the trip from London as prices were much better at DP including delivery from Kitchener and set up. Diana was awesome and the delivery crew as well. Look forward to dealing with again in the future.

Staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection of patio furniture at reasonable prices. The only issue I had was that they charge $99 + tax for in-city delivery and delivery date was almost 2 weeks out from the purchase date. Wouldn't let that stop me from shopping there again though.

The outdoor patio furniture was very well made and worth the money. Their delivery was prompt and they spent the time to unpackage and set up in our screened in porch. I would highly recommend Distinctly Patio for the purchase of outdoor furniture.

We bought patio furniture, pillows, and furniture covers at Distinctly Patio. Helpful and thorough shopping service. And once you buy, they keep a database on your purchases just in case. We needed that, with the covers not holding up in wet conditions. No problem! This store came through for us. The furniture continues to be comfy and fashionable. 6 stars out of 5.

Amazing selection, exceptional customer service and terrific deals. I could go on and on about how happy I am with my shopping experience at Distinctly Patio. A supplier issue that could have been a deal breaker was turned into a surprisingly pleasant situation. While waiting for my patio sectional to be delivered I was offered a loaner set so that I could still enjoy the outdoors this past summer. Once my sectional was delivered recently, the staff went above and beyond to ensure it was set up ready to be used next season. I am a customer for life and will be sure to recommend Distinctly Patio to all friends and family looking to beautify their outdoor living space.

We bought patio furniture here 2 years ago which we love. The covers that came with our set didn't last that long so we went in today to buy new ones. We asked the owner about purchasing more covers and she said she would replace them for free as other customers had similar complaints. We ended up buying a composite dining table as they are the only store selling them. Friendly and professional service. Wonderful selection of outdoor furniture.
