I went in to buy a ring for my girlfriend not knowing alot about rings but just a style They helped me out so much and explained to me about everything. Long story short I came out with the perfect ring. I can't say enough good things about this place they are amazing. I came back a few weeks later to resize and an hour later It was all done. It’s rare today to find a super professional in the jewelry/watch business as good as the owner of this store, Rafael Hernandez. I came to him with a simple necklace repair and he was amazing. I took my 47 year old heart shaped ring into Millennium Jewellers in Burlington to see if it could be repaired or remade to surprise my daughter for her 30th birthday. Rafael was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! He took the time to listen to my story about my ring and understood the sentimental value of it, after many conversations I decided to have it remade. Rafael assured me the ring would look the same just beefed up a little so it would last forever! Rafael really came through on his promise, the ring is absolutely beautiful!!! My daughter was so touched and thrilled when she received it! Not only does Rafael repair things he custom makes things. His craftsmanship is amazing! Millennium is a beautiful little store with lots to look at, I am now a forever customer. I will definitely recommend Millennium to family and friends. This is a great place to go, whether you need jewelry resized, repaired, or are looking for a new/vintage piece. The owners are very knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, and very friendly! I've been a repeat customer for several years now. I always appreciate their honest opinions and support when choosing a new piece or getting one resized. They do repairs on the spot and are always quick and fairly priced. Their lovely dog Coco is also another reason to visit - the sweetest boy! Excellent customer service all around and I would definitely recommend it!

What a jem of a shop, and the owner is a very fair, friendly gentleman. Old school, not many like him left! I see myself being a long-term customer of Rafael. I picked up a 50s Longines manual wind piece. What a beauty! And it runs like nobody’s business! 60 years old and it keeps time better than some new automatic watches!
