This week I had a computer emergency and didn't know how to go about solving it. I called Dylan and he calmly told me what to do so that I could settle down in the moment and then he allowed me to bring in my computer to be sure it had not been damaged. Thankfully, it was okay. Everything was fixed within 2 hours of calling him and for a very reasonable price. What stood out for me was not only Dylan's competence, but his calmness and kindness. Thank you so much, Dylan!

I have a very old laptop that was so slow sometimes it took half an hour or more before I could use it. I bought a newer laptop but still loved my old one and it had software on it I needed. Dylan fixed my old laptop to where it is superfast, even faster than the newer one! And I still have everything I need on it. Great service and he's very fast too.

Had to get a computer built quick. Dylan was welcoming, knowledgeable, and the prices were fair. He had my computer ready for me in less than two days and being open Saturday really helped quicken the process. I recommend this business to anyone that needs some computer related repair.

I bought a custom high end gaming rig a while back. Very pleased; exactly what I asked for. Staff was extremely knowledgeable. Downloaded all my games before purchase. I saved many hours of downloading on my crappy Internet.They have a very small selection of items for sale but can order anything you need at decent prices.

Dylon I believe his name is.. He was fast and friendly. As a black man I did not feel weird out. I felt relaxed, he was kind and supportive he got my laptop fixed really fast. I am glad I came to him for support withy device. I recommend you try him out

Dylan was extremely helpful - I asked him to upgrade my RAM, he told me it's not the RAM that's the issue and suggested I upgrade my hard drive instead. Very fair pricing, great service, and, well, he was right!

I have only visited this shop a couple times to pick up some odds and ends over the years, but this week I needed more. Dylan got me set up and running on two refurbished machines after he troubleshot my old machines and determined there was no life left in them. I was up and running again with all my data in no time. It was a seamless process and super fast at a great price. Top notch customer service. Highly recommended.
