I read the reviews but still called to get my cat spayed,I thought people exaggerated but thats what happened to me.Over the phone: “blood test is 120$ but it is optional”,Made the lady confirm that it was optional 3 times over the phoneAt the day of my pet’s surgery the vet was like “I can’t do the surgery without the blood work”And thats how we were charged an extra 120$

Most friendly respectful vets ever. Both vets were amazing with our 2 girls. Sadly both have passed less than 6 months apart. I couldn't ask for more sincere staff.

Unfortunately we had to put are Bella down the staff was very sincere but after I picked up my ashes I received a condolence card signed by all the staff with caring comments that was very heart warming and appreciated so much I will definitely return after we heal and find another great Boxer ..Thanks so much

Our dog suffered a complete tear of his CCL and we were being told wait periods of anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 months, all from specialists out of town and at astronomical prices. We called Ambassador, they saw him the next day and did his surgery that same week for considerably less $. The staff and vet were amazing- professional, honest, caring, and thorough. Our dog made a complete recovery and I would highly recommend Ambassador!!

They just want money they don’t care about your pets wellbeing. My sincere advice is to stay away from these people if you want to protect your pet. Worst vets in town.

The staff was welcoming. The office was clean and tidy. Parking was across the street or metered at the front. The vet was friendly, very knowledgeable about guinea pigs, honest and upfront about costs. The experience was great and I will return for any future needs.
