LOBBY LOUNGE
Shhhh don’t tell anyone. The sushi here is actually amazing. Properly seasoned and cooked rice with a great nigiri menu. $65 gets you all of this, which by the way was too much food for one person. Come here for a relaxing lunch, enjoy a cocktail. Oh did you know the lobby lounge is one of Vancouver’s best cocktail bar?

We spent a lot of time at the lobby lounge bar. Came here 3 times for sushi because it's really good. They use real crab for cali roll as well as they have great miso, salmon motoyaki roll, lobster roll was great and of course cocktails! My favorite was strawberry cocktail, my husband also took mocktails they have great selection.Also they prioritize hotel guests so you don't have to wait long.We also enjoyed live music in the evening. I am not sure about rest of the food menu didn't look healthy to me so we just took cheese board which was OK but nothing special. But i highly recommend sushi, very fresh and delicious. Also complementary nuts with any drink was very good snacks.

experienced an dining experience and enjoyed the food quality, but feels that the overall value of the meal is poor compared to other high-end restaurants in the city, unless the fish is imported from Japan. The omakase only consisted of what was shown in the photo, except for the miso soup starter and a small dessert. expecting more food to arrive and wondered if the restaurant had mistaken their order for a sushi lunch set.

I have been here twice. Once the sushi bar was closed. The food over all is great and the drinks are great as well. The service is amazing.The Sashimi was just amazing. The rolls were very good. The Saki was light and an easy drink.4.5 for food and drink5 for service5 for ambiance

They have wide variety of dishes if you are not a sushi lover, I love how flexible they are with menu choices since it's a hotel, they will definitely have different people around the world dining. We came here for Japanese food for mother's day and it was a hit! My mum loved it!

As the name suggest it’s a Lobby lounge bar at the Fairmont, but the place is very nice and is great for casual dates or meet ups. There is a wide rage of seating area, we went with high chairs near the window, which was great to absorb the entire space.The cocktail menu is quite unique but each drink is slightly on the expensive side. However, The drinks were 5 stars each! Also, The staff was super sweet! We liked the fun coasters too..

Good place to people watch. The drinks are interesting and they always give you bar snacks. They do have a very limited mocktail menu, but it definitely could be more fulsome. It does cost a lot, but everything costs a lot at the Pac Rim so that is decently expected. They usually have live music going on. A good place to have a drink.

We came to check out the Pac Rim and decided to stay for a beverage since it wasn’t too busy. Robyn was our server/ bartender and was informative and helpful from the start! Thank you for the lovely service and we will see you soon. Make sure to ask Robyn for his favourite cocktail recommendations!

The service and food is incredible, and the quality has been consistent every time I’ve been here. The sushi is extremely fresh, highly recommend their food!
